Its with great sadness that we report the passing of Dickie Smithson. Dickie spent most of his adult life involved with hound trailing having been the Chairman of the Asaptria and Wigton Area, Chairman of the International Committee, Member of the Executive Committee and Life Member of the Association. He was a strong advocate for hound trailing and even in his nineties he was attending the AGM and the Executive Meeting which followed. Our thoughts are with his family. R.I.P. Dickie.
