South Lakes Area are looking for trophies for the South Lakes Classic trails – Terry Bingley Trophy and the Westmorland Area Classic Puppy Trophy. If anyone has these or knows who might have them can they please return to the south lakes Area please.

It is with great sadness to report that Marlene Chambers has passed away. Marlene and her husband Peter had many good dogs to name a few but the most memorable was Master Dean who won the Senior Championship title three years on the trot. Condolences go to all the family at this sad time.

Just to say a very big thank you to all those who helped with the promotion of the trails at Rusland and Lowick. Special thanks to the trailers, scouts, rag keepers, sponsors and everyone else who helped out to make the trails and success and enjoyable. Everyone’s support was much appreciated.

Just to confirm there will be catering available on Sunday on the hound trail field itself. Also the people standing at the gate way to the entrance of the field will not be collecting money however anyone attending the trails will need to park on the left hand side of the trail field and there will be someone half way up the field who will collect the gate money or if they are not visible then you can pay your entry fee at the Entry car. Also just a reminder anyone wanting to enter the Show field can get a token from the entry car and pay £2 to get on to the show field if you so wish.
